Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the viability of using a single 1
envelope, instead of two, for the return of an absentee ballot. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to study using a single envelope for the return
of an absentee ballot.
