AN ACT CONCERNING WO RKFORCE DEVELOPMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Board of Regents for Higher 1
Education shall conduct a study relating to workforce development 2
issues in the state. Not later than January 1, 2022, the board shall submit 3
a report, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general 4
statutes, of the results of such study to the joint standing committee of 5
the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to higher 6
education and employment advancement. 7
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
