AN ACT CONCERNING CE RTAIN DEPOSITS IN THE DEPARTMENT
OF VETERANS AFFAIRS' INSTITUTIONAL GENERAL WELFARE
FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2021) The Commissioner of 1
Veterans Affairs shall deposit reimbursements from the United States 2
Department of Veterans Affairs for pharmaceutical purchases into the 3
institutional general welfare fund. 4
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 October 1, 2021 New section
VA Joint Favorable
