| 32 | 32 | | (2) "Electric distribution company" has the same meaning as 8 |

| 33 | 33 | | provided in section 16-1 of the general statutes. 9 |

| 34 | 34 | | (b) On and after October 1, 2021, each electric distribution company 10 |

| 35 | 35 | | shall include an explanation for each charge appearing on a customer's 11 |

| 36 | 36 | | bill. Such explanation shall include an itemization for each charge, 12 |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | including an itemization for the associated charges for each component 13 |
