AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF THE NEED FO R EMPLOYMENT
REGULATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Labor Department shall conduct 1
a study regarding the need for employment regulation. Not later than 2
January 1, 2022, the Labor Department shall report the results of such 3
study and any recommended legislation to the joint standing committee 4
of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to labor, 5
in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes. 6
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
