No Fiscal Impact  
There is no fiscal impact resulting from the amendment, which 
removes a requirement that contracts between health carriers and 
pharmacy benefit managers, in the administration of health benefit 
plans, provide credit for payments from any third party when 
calculating an insured's out of pocket costs for prescription.  
This section does not change the underlying bill's applicability to the 
state employee and retiree health plan or fully-insured municipalities.
