AN ACT CONCERNING VA RIOUS REVISIONS TO THE EDUCATION
STATUTES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) Not later than May 26, 2022, the 1
Department of Education shall conduct a study concerning various 2
revisions to the education statutes. The department shall submit a report 3
on its findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee of 4
the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to 5
education, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the 6
general statutes. 7
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:

To require the Department of Education to conduct a study concerning
