AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY INSURANCE
AND HEALTH CARE IN THIS STATE.

Explanation
The bill establishes an eleven-member task force to study insurance
and health care in this state.
Not later than January 1, 2022, the task force shall submit a report
on its findings and recommendations to the insurance committee. The
task force shall terminate on the date that it submits such report or
January 1, 2022, whichever is later.
This bill has no fiscal impact for members of task forces as PA 17-
236 prohibits transportation allowances.
