RESOLUTION PROPOSING A STATE CONSTITUTIONAL 
AMENDMENT ALLOWING FOR NO -EXCUSE ABSENTEE VOTING. 
Resolved by this Assembly: 
 
That article sixth of the Constitution of the state be amended to allow 1 
any qualified elector to cast an absentee ballot, without restriction, 2 
instead of appearing at a polling place on the day of an election. 3 
Statement of Purpose:   
To eliminate restrictions on a qualified elector's ability to cast an 
absentee ballot, rather than appearing in person, to vote at an election.
