Resolved by this Assembly: That section 10 of article third of the Constitution of the state be 1 amended to provide that no senator shall serve more than five terms in 2 such office and no representative shall serve more than five terms in 3 such office, whether consecutive or not. 4 Statement of Purpose: To impose a term limit of five terms as a senator and five terms as a representative.
