RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF ERIK M.
CLEMONS OF NEW HAVEN TO BE A MEMBER OF THE STATE
BOARD OF EDUCATION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Erik M. 1
Clemons of New Haven to be a member of the State Board of Education, 2
as a member experienced in a trade offered at the technical education 3
and career schools, to serve a term ending February 29, 2024, or until a 4
successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, in 5
succession to William P. Davenport, is approved and confirmed, and he 6
is appointed said member for said term. 7
