RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF THE HO NORABLE
SALVATORE C. AGATI OF WATERTOWN TO BE A MEMBER OF THE
JUDICIAL REVIEW COUN CIL.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Salvatore C. Agati of Watertown to be a member of the 2
Judicial Review Council, as a Superior Court judge, to serve a term 3
ending November 30, 2024, or until a successor is appointed and has 4
qualified, whichever is longer, in succession to the Honorable John F. 5
Kavanewsky, Jr., is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said 6
member for said term. 7
