RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF ROBERT R.
BOUVIER OF WEST HART FORD TO BE A MEMBER OF THE
JUDICIAL REVIEW COUN CIL.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Robert R. 1
Bouvier of West Hartford to be a member of the Judicial Review 2
Council, as a person who is not a judge or attorney-at-law, to serve a 3
term ending November 30, 2024, or until a successor is appointed and 4
has qualified, whichever is longer, in succession to Lawrence Goldman, 5
is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said 6
term. 7
