RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF NDIDI N. MOSES,
ESQUIRE, OF SEYMOUR TO BE A JUDGE OF THE SUPERIOR
COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Ndidi N. 1
Moses, Esquire, of Seymour to be a Judge of the Superior Court, to serve 2
for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation by both Houses, 3
in succession to the Honorable Heidi G. Winslow, is approved and 4
confirmed, and she is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court for said 5
term. 6
