RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF KIMBERLY
MASSICOTTE, ESQUIRE, OF BURLINGTON TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Kimberly 1
Massicotte, Esquire, of Burlington to be a Judge of the Superior Court, 2
to serve for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation by both 3
Houses, in succession to the Honorable Angela C. Robinson, is 4
approved and confirmed, and she is appointed a Judge of the Superior 5
Court for said term. 6
