RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF CHRIS A. PELOSI,
ESQUIRE, OF BERLIN TO BE A JUDGE OF THE SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Chris A. 1
Pelosi, Esquire, of Berlin to be a Judge of the Superior Court, to serve for 2
a term of eight years from the date of confirmation by both Houses, in 3
succession to the Honorable Steven D. Ecker, is approved and 4
confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court for said 5
term. 6
