RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF EDWARD
VINCENT O'HANLAN, ESQUIRE, OF OLD LYME TO BE A JUDGE OF
THE SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Edward 1
Vincent O'Hanlan, Esquire, of Old Lyme to be a Judge of the Superior 2
Court, to serve for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation 3
by both Houses, in succession to the Honorable Stanley T. Fuger, Jr., is 4
approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Superior 5
Court for said term. 6
