RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF THE HONORAB LE
GLADYS IDELIS NIEVES OF NEW HAVEN TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Gladys Idelis Nieves, of New Haven to be a Judge of the 2
Superior Court, to serve for a term of eight years from the date of 3
confirmation by both Houses, in succession to the Honorable E. Curtissa 4
R. Cofield, is approved and confirmed, and she is appointed a Judge of 5
the Superior Court for said term. 6
