RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMIN ATION OF LINDA ALLARD,
ESQUIRE, OF WEST HAR TFORD TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Linda 1
Allard, Esquire, of West Hartford to be a Judge of the Superior Court, to 2
serve for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation by both 3
Houses, in succession to the Honorable Henry S. Cohn, is approved and 4
confirmed, and she is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court for said 5
term. 6
