2626 RESOLUTION CONCERNIN G THE RULES OF THE SENATE FOR THE
2727 JUNE SPECIAL SESSION , 2021.

3030 That the rules of the Senate at this Special Session shall be the same 1
3131 as the rules of the Senate in force at the 2021 regular session, except as 2
3232 said rules are amended, altered or repealed in this resolution. 3
3333 Strike out Rules 7, 9, 13, 17 and 18 and insert in lieu thereof the 4

3535 9. A bill or resolution certified in accordance with section 2-26 of the 6
3636 general statutes, if filed in the House, may be transmitted to and acted 7
3737 upon first by the Senate with the consent of the speaker; and if filed in 8
3838 the Senate, may be transmitted to and acted upon first by the House 9
3939 with the consent of the President Pro Tempore. 10
