DECLARATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND CIVIL PREPAREDNESS
EMERGENCIES FILED WITH THE SECRETARY OF THE STATE ON
SEPTEMBER 27, 2021.
Resolved by the Senate:
That in accordance with the provisions of subsection (a) of section 2 1
of special act 21-5, the Governor's renewal of the declarations of public 2
health and civil preparedness emergencies, filed with the Secretary of 3
the State on September 27, 2021, is hereby approved. 4
