22 | 22 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General | |
23 | 23 | Assembly convened: | |

25 | 25 | Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2022) The Commissioner of Energy and 1 | |
26 | 26 | Environmental Protection shall conduct a study to determine whether 2 | |
27 | 27 | policy and procedural changes within the Department of Energy and 3 | |
28 | 28 | Environmental Protection may increase the effectiveness of the use of 4 | |
29 | 29 | technology in the state. The commissioner shall report, in accordance 5 | |
30 | 30 | with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings 6 | |
31 | 31 | of such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly 7 | |
32 | 32 | having cognizance of matters relating to energy on or before January 1, 8 | |
33 | 33 | 2023. 9 | |
34 | 34 | This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following | |
