2020 AN ACT REQUIRING THE STUDY OF THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY IN

2222 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2323 Assembly convened:

2525 Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2022) The Commissioner of Energy and 1
2626 Environmental Protection shall conduct a study to determine whether 2
2727 policy and procedural changes within the Department of Energy and 3
2828 Environmental Protection may increase the effectiveness of the use of 4
2929 technology in the state. The commissioner shall report, in accordance 5
3030 with the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings 6
3131 of such study to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly 7
3232 having cognizance of matters relating to energy on or before January 1, 8
3333 2023. 9
3434 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
