Explanation
The bill results in a revenue loss of up to approximately $8.5 million
annually associated with limiting state recoveries of certain types of
public assistance from liable parents of beneficiaries.

The bill limits
collections to federally required recoveries under Aid to Families with
Dependent Children (AFDC), Temporary Family Assistance, and State-
Administered General Assistance (SAGA).
The Out Years
The annualized ongoing fiscal impact identified above would
continue into the future subject to applicable recoveries.
