No Fiscal Impact  
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal 
impact.  
The amendment reduces the instances in which surplus lines brokers 
must file a written statement (i.e., SL-8) with the Insurance 
Commissioner. This has no fiscal impact.
