1220 AN ACT CONCERNING FEDERAL REIMBURSEMENTS FOR CERTAIN
1321 PHARMACEUTICAL PURCHASES.
1422 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
1523 Assembly convened:

1725 Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2022) All federal reimbursements 1
1826 received by this state for expenditures made from the institutional 2
1927 general welfare fund of the Department of Veterans Affairs, established 3
20-in accordance with section 4-56 of the general statutes, for 4
21-pharmaceutical and prescription drug purchases, pursuant to a 5
22-memorandum of understanding between the department and the 6
