| 26 | 25 | Section 1. Subsection (c) of section 9-606 of the general statutes is 1 | |
| 27 | 26 | repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective October 2 | |

| 29 | 28 | (c) The treasurer of each committee, other than a political committee 4 | |
| 30 | 29 | established by an organization which receives its funds from the 5 | |
| 31 | 30 | organization's treasury, may appoint solicitors. If solicitors are 6 | |
| 32 | 31 | appointed, the treasurer shall receive and report all contributions made 7 | |
| 33 | 32 | or promised to each solicitor. Each solicitor shall submit to the treasurer 8 | |
| 34 | 33 | a list of all contributions made or promised to him. The list shall be 9 | |
| 35 | 34 | complete as of seventy-two hours immediately preceding midnight of 10 | |
| 36 | 35 | the day preceding the dates on which the treasurer is required to file a 11 | |
