AN ACT ELIMINATING ADMINISTRATIVE BURDENS FOR HEALTH
AND HUMAN SERVICES PROVIDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 4 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate 1
administrative burdens for nonprofit health and human services 2
providers and ensure timely payment for services. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate administrative burdens for nonprofit health and human
services providers and ensure timely payment for such services.
