AN ACT REESTABLISHING THE LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM REVIEW
AND INVESTIGATIONS COMMITTEE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 2 of the general statutes be amended to reestablish the 1
Legislative Program Review and Investigations Committee to review 2
and audit state agency programs for efficiency, effectiveness, 3
performance and compliance and to recommend changes concerning 4
our state parks. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To reestablish the Legislative Program Review and Investigations
Committee.
