AN ACT CONCERNING INCREASED FUNDING TO MUNICIPALITIES
FOR UPGRADED VOTING TABULATORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide for increased 1
funding to municipalities for purposes of purchasing or leasing 2
upgraded voting tabulators used at elections, primaries and referenda. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase funding to municipalities for the purchase or lease of
upgraded voting tabulators.
