AN ACT CONVEYING A PARCEL OF STATE LAND TO THE TOWN OF
CHESHIRE FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the state convey a parcel of state land consisting of 1
approximately two acres, located at 1996 Highland Avenue in the town 2
of Cheshire, to the town of Cheshire, at a cost equal to the administrative 3
costs of making such conveyance, for economic development purposes, 4
with the proceeds of any subsequent sale of such property reverting to 5
the state. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To convey a parcel of state land in the town of Cheshire to the town of
Cheshire for economic development purposes.
