AN ACT REQUIRING THE COMMISSIONER OF ECONOMIC AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO ESTABLISH AN AIRPORT
DEVELOPMENT ZONE IN THE CITY OF HARTFORD AND THE TOWN
OF WETHERSFIELD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 32 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Commissioner of Economic and Community Development to establish 2
an airport development zone comprised of census blocks within a two-3
mile radius of Hartford Brainard Airport, in the city of Hartford and the 4
town of Wethersfield. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Commissioner of Economic and Community
Development to establish an airport development zone comprised of
census blocks within a two-mile radius of Hartford Brainard Airport, in
the city of Hartford and the town of Wethersfield.
