RESOLUTION PROPOSING A STATE CONSTITUTIONAL 
AMENDMENT TO LOWER THE VOTING AGE TO SIXTEEN YEARS. 
Resolved by this Assembly: 
 
That the Constitution of the state be amended to provide that United 1 
States citizens who have attained the age of sixteen years may be 2 
admitted as electors. 3 
Statement of Purpose:   
To lower the voting age to sixteen years.
