Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to (1) ensure that health care 1 consumers are more readily able to access prescription drugs at an 2 affordable price, and (2) promote increased and more transparent access 3 to health care. 4 Statement of Purpose: To provide for more affordable and accessible prescription drugs and allow for increased and more transparent access to health care.
