AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MAXIMUM CHARGE FOR OCCUPATIONAL
LICENSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide that the maximum 1
amount the state may charge for an occupational license is one hundred 2
dollars. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide that the maximum amount the state may charge for an
occupational license is one hundred dollars.
