| 25 | 25 | That (1) a study be conducted of ways to prohibit nonprofit 1 | |
| 26 | 26 | organizations that receive state funding or pass-through grants from 2 | |
| 27 | 27 | engaging in political activity, and (2) such study (A) include penalties 3 | |
| 28 | 28 | for violations, such as reduction or elimination of such funding or grants 4 | |
| 29 | 29 | and criminal liability, and (B) determine a process for reviewing claims 5 | |
| 30 | 30 | of such political activity. 6 | |
