AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE CHARTER OAK FRAME AND
CONNECTICUT CONSTITUTION TO THE SENATE CHAMBER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the Joint Committee on Legislative Management move the 1
Charter Oak frame containing the Royal Charter and Connecticut 2
Constitution from the Museum of Connecticut History to a permanent 3
position in the Senate chamber. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow visitors to see and appreciate an important piece of
Connecticut history.
