AN ACT REMOVING SECURITY DEPOSIT LIMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That subsection (b) of section 47a-21 of the general statutes be 1
amended to remove the prohibition on landlords requiring a security 2
deposit in excess of two months' rent. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To mitigate the risk of landlords.
