No Fiscal Impact
The amendment replaces provisions in Section 1 of the underlying
bill with similar provisions that have no fiscal impact to the state or
municipalities since there are no fines for violations of the requirements
for privately-operated hotels, motels or other lodgings.
It also removes Section 2 which also has no fiscal impact since there
were no fines for violations of that section.
