No Fiscal Impact
The amendment (1) eliminates a requirement that lots rezoned for as-
of-right middle housing to be served by a public sewage and water
system and (2) prevent municipalities from modifying zoning
regulations concerning as-of right middle housing if they qualify for a
moratorium. This is not expected to result in a fiscal impact.
