Explanation
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal
impact.
The amendment, which makes adjustments regarding coarse
aggregate producer reporting and other requirements, results in no
fiscal impact to the state or municipalities. The Department of Energy
and Environmental Protection has sufficient resources to handle the
increased reporting volume that the amendment will produce.
