1919 AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL ISSUES.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2323 Section 1. Section 7-148cc of the general statutes is repealed and the 1
2424 following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective October 1, 2024): 2

2727 ordinance or local law, two or more municipalities may jointly perform 5
2828 any function that each municipality may perform separately under any 6

3131 pursuant to sections 7-339a to 7-339l, inclusive. As used in this section, 9
