18	19		AN ACT CONCERNING MUNICIPAL AGENCIES.
19	20		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
20	21		Assembly convened:

22	23		Section 1. Section 7-148l of the general statutes is repealed and the 1
23	24		following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective October 1, 2024): 2
24	25		Any person aggrieved by any order of the board, commission, 3
25	26		council, committee or other agency established or designated pursuant 4
26	27		to sections 7-148i to 7-148n, inclusive, and subparagraph (B) of 5
27	28		subdivision (9) of subsection (c) of section 7-148 may appeal to the State 6
28	29		Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities. Any such appeal 7
29	30		shall be filed [within] not later than thirty days [of] after the mailing of 8
30	31		the written decision. 9
31	32		This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
