AN ACT CONCERNING THE QUALITY AND DELIVERY OF SPECIAL
EDUCATION SERVICES IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to make revisions to 1
the laws governing the quality and delivery of special education and 2
related services in the state. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To improve the quality and delivery of special education services.
