AN ACT CONCERNING THE QUALITY AND DELIVERY OF SPECIAL
EDUCATION SERVICES IN CONNECTICUT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Education 1
shall conduct a study about special education in the state. Not later than 2
May 20, 2025, the commissioner shall submit a report of the results of 3
such study to the select committee of the General Assembly having 4
cognizance of matters relating to special education, in accordance with 5
the provisions of section 11-4a of the general statutes. 6
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
