AN ACT CONCERNING THE RELEASE OF LIGHTER -THAN-AIR
BALLOONS INTO THE ATMOSPHERE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit knowingly 1
releasing, organizing the release of or intentionally causing the release 2
of helium or other lighter-than-air gas balloons into the atmosphere. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the release of helium and other lighter-than-air gas balloons
into the atmosphere.
