AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROCESSING OF RABBITS FOR
CONSUMPTION BY LOCAL CONSUMERS AND RETAIL FOOD
ESTABLISHMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a process for 1
farmers to have rabbits processed in the state for purposes of 2
consumption by local consumers and retail food establishments. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for the in-state processing of rabbits for local consumers and
retail food establishments.
