AN ACT CONCERNING UNLAWFUL DISSEMINATION OF INTIMATE
IMAGES THAT ARE DIGITALLY ALTERED OR CREATED THROUGH
THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That titles 53 and 53a of the general statutes be amended to 1
criminalize the unauthorized creation and distribution of digitally 2
manipulated intimate images. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To criminalize the nonconsensual creation and dissemination of "deep
fake" pornography.
