AN ACT CONCERNING THE HIRING RATIO FOR CERTAIN SKILLED
TRADES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 20-332 of the general statutes be amended to provide that 1
the hiring ratio shall be the job site ratio of one licensee to one registered 2
apprentice. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To build a stronger and well-trained workforce to meet the growing
need for resiliency, efficiency and infrastructure.
