AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY SERVICES
AND PUBLIC PROTECTION TO DEVELOP A PLAN REGARDING
TECHNOLOGIES OF UNKNOWN ORIGIN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Emergency Services and Public Protection to (1) develop a plan for 2
investigating and addressing technologies of unknown origin, 3
including unidentified aerial phenomena, (2) implement such plan 4
within one hundred eighty days of such development, (3) annually 5
review and update such plan, and (4) provide regular reports to the 6
General Assembly regarding such plan. 7
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection
to develop a plan for investigating and addressing technologies of
unknown origin.
