AN ACT CONCERNING COMPENSATING SPOUSES FOR STATE -
FUNDED HOME CARE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to provide 1
compensation for spouses who provide care for spouses enrolled in the 2
state-funded portion of the Connecticut home-care program for the 3
elderly. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To allow spouses to receive compensation for home health care of
spouses enrolled in state-funded home care.
